Swasthalaya shall refund any amount deposited for the services in case tests are not performed/canceled within 24 hours of the booking date. We will credit the amount within the 15 days via RTGS / NEFT / Cheque or the payment gateway. However, any deposit collected for special Biomolecules and Radioactive Molecules specially ordered for a patient, needful deductions shall be done before refunding any such amounts.
